Lucky Lady was born in May of 2005 while owner, Patty Whalen, was just finishing her junior year at the Fashion Institute of Technology. Yearning to breathe some life into the fashion scene of the seaside resort town where she grew up, she sparked an idea that landed her dream job. In what seems to have been a blink of the eye, Lucky Lady has grown to become a full service shopping experience with its newly added online presence. Responsibilities: -Recruit, hire, and train all store employees. -Supervise all operations of the store including, staff scheduling and payroll, implementation and management of store policies and procedures, shipping and receiving of products, managing store maintenance and creating visual displays and maintaining store visual standards. -Acheive sales plan and expense goals. -Developing, planning, and executing successful store events that stimulate sales and raise brand awareness. Requirements: - Must be a bight, outgoing, driven, focused, and confident leader. - Entrepreneurial spirit and drive. - Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills. - At least 2 years retail experience, preferably management experience. E-Commerce Manager This position is responsible for managing product and informational content on the ShopLuckyLady.com website and maintaining all social networking sites. Responsibilities: - Taking photos of new products as they are received, enhancing images, and uploading them to the website. - Create and manage email marketing campaign. - Network and build brand awareness online through social networking sites, blogging, etc. - Create and maintain search engine optimization Requirements: - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator - Familiarity with online media and some knowledge of HTML - Must have graphic talent and creativity.
