Here at Lucky Lady we do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. Most orders will ship within a day of ordering, however some orders may take 24-48 hours to process. Orders placed after 2:00pm EST will be processed on the next business day.

Orders will be shipped via Standard Shipping unless you select an alternative. Sorry, but we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Once shipped, orders are generally recieved within 7 business days.

RETURN POLICY

We will be happy to return or exchange anything you are unhappy with! Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of shipping and recieved in its original state (unworn and unwashed, shoes must be accompanied by original box). If merchandise is recieved after 30 days a merchandise credit will be issued. Shipping & Handling is non-refundable on returned merchandise.

To return merchandise please follow instructions on back of invoice. If you have misplace your invoice please contact us at info@shopluckylady.com and we will be happy to email a copy for you to include!
